All the beds were very comfortable. The restaurants were walking distance.  The beach was about a 30 minute walk, but there are tons of golf cart taxis that will take you to the beach for 15.00 a person, or you can take an uber. We especially loved the mini pool. We were a group of six. The pool was intimate, cozy and a good way to cool off in this sweltering heat. We loved the state of the art televisions in the rooms.  The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. There are no bedrooms on the first floor, so people who have difficulty walking up a flight of stairs, this might not be the home for you. <br/>I would definitely come back.

The home was great and looked as pictured. What stood out most was the exceptional customer service and rapid responsiveness from the host. I love to walk and explore and there's tons of things in walking distance.

Just as described, kitchen is very well stocked. Plenty of pillow and blankets. Backyard is such a nice place to relax. Tons of beach and pool stuff available to use. Great location. We really enjoyed this place!

Martins Villas

This house was perfect for our family vacation! It was exactly as described. We loved the pool, hot tub, tiki bar area, paddleboards,  and kayaks. We spent most of our time outside enjoying these amenities! We also loved the pool table/ping pong table and foosball. There was plenty of space for our large group of adults. Jeremy was very easy to communicate with and responded to questions immediately. The house was clean and well taken care of. We had a great time!

We absolutely loved our stay in Fort Lauderdale! The house was incredibly spacious, spotless, and beautifully updated. The location couldn’t have been better—within walking distance to so many great restaurants and bars, and just a short drive to both the airport and the beach.<br/>Martin was an outstanding host. He was always quick to respond and helped us with any questions we had throughout our stay. He even offered the option of a later checkout, which was greatly appreciated. The pool was perfect and made our stay even more enjoyable.<br/>I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Martin, for a wonderful experience!

Anna was an amazing host, and her home was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The space felt like home and was incredibly comfortable throughout my stay. Anna was always responsive, helpful, and quick to answer any questions I had. She made everything easy and stress free from start to finish. Todo estuvo excelente y perfecto muy agradecida con Martins una persona amigable, proactiva y siempre presente a cualquier pregunta, la casa muy linda, limpia y ordenada, tiene todo lo que necesitas encuanto a lencería, y productos de limpieza, tal cual como sale en la foto, la recomiendo el 100%,  gran lugar mi familia y yo nos sentimos muy seguros.
