We had an amazing stay at Martin’s place for our family vacation. While the location is amazing and walkable to everything you truly don’t need to leave the house.

Great place to stay with family or friends.  House has everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked, plenty of beach chairs, towels and the wagon is helpful. Coffee and cocktail bar were nice. Beach is walkable but it’s not so close you can just come and go, if you have chronic ortho issues it might be a bit much but it was no problem for us and our kids.  Neighborhood is quiet and well kept.  Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay.

I had an excellent time in this house! It felt like my home it was very clean, spacious, and surrounded by many things to do! I would definitely book here again and recommend it to my friends!

Martins Villas

After staying in one of Martin's Villas, I will only stay there if he has one in the location I am staying.  Not only was his place perfect but communicating with him is super easy, as he is extremely responsive and will do what he can to ensure you have an amazing stay!

We stayed here for 2 nights prior to leaving on a cruise with 3 other couples and had a fantastic experience.  The location is excellent and very convenient to lots of restaurants and things to do and only a 10 minute walk to the beach.  The place itself was spitless and much larger than the photos make it seem.  It was the perfect spot for our group to relax and spend time together before our trip.  We where extremely happy with our stay and would return in a heartbeat.  Highly recommend!!  Martin  the host was fabulous and very easy to communicate with.  Thank you for the great stay.

Really beautiful place. Looks exactly as the photos. Anna was super helpful and friendly. Proactive, communication was quick and would definitely stay again. We rented the place while visiting Ft Lauderdale for a work conference.

Stayed for 4 nights here with some girl friends and was absolutely perfect! So spacious, and the host was very accommodating. Could not be more happy with the stay!

Great place for a bigger group. The master bedroom and bathroom is gorgeous and all the other rooms are well set up for a stay. Kitchen is modern and well equipped, but you will need to bring your own coffee and necessities. Street parking is tight and on the weekend, there is no availability in front of the house. We carpooled, so the one car garage and one car driveway worked for us.
