We booked this Airbnb for a graduation and it was the perfect amount of Space. We were able to have a nice family dinner and enjoy our time without feeling like we were running out of space. The host left clear instructions and any items we happened to forget to bring with us were already thought of. I highly recommend this property.

Martins Villas

The house is beautiful, huge, and in an ideal neighborhood to walk to the restaurants & nightlife on Las Olas.  It is well-equipped with everything you need.  It's only about 1.5 miles to beachfront, a 10 minute Uber.  Ubers are readily available in the area and arrived in less than 3 minutes.  The only issue we had is that the neighbors are quick to complain if you are outside and having fun (a little noisy), even during normal  hours.  We had a group of 10 girls for a bachelorette weekend, so I think some of the talking and laughing was too much for this private neighborhood.  Other than that, a perfect stay!

Host is very responsive. A few items in the home do not function properly. Most importantly the hood fan over the cook top does not work and the lights only stay on for a few minutes. The property needs some minor maintenance. Curtains rod about to fall out of the wall in one of the bathrooms and one side of the home the floors are very slanted. If you are looking for a quiet sleep this is not the place. Seabreeze drive is very busy with traffic from very early in the morning into the late evening. Location is key however. The backyard is the oasis of the property. Very private and the amenities are as advertised. We would stay here again with all that being said!!

Such an awesome house! We stayed here with a a group of friends and the place was incredible. Beautiful pool with a view right on the lagoon. House is very spacious and beautiful on the inside. Would absolutely stay here again.
