Martin’s place was great. Clean, easy to find, great location. He was super responsive if I needed anything. If there was an issue with the internet or microwave he had staff come fix it ASAP. Our stay was great!

Loved this house!!! Great host, great location, 10/10!

Stayed here for a friend’s bachelorette with 14 guests. Perfect location and house was much larger than we even anticipated. Great response time and the entire stay was hassle free!

You know what they say about real estate, location, location, location, and this house is located so well in Fort Lauderdale that we walked everywhere the entire weekend with no problems. This is a contemporary home with all the modern amenities you could want, the pool in the back is perfect for adults to cool off and enjoy a beautiful Florida afternoon or evening. our age range was 50s to 70s so I will put this out there to older people that might consider this Home, it is three stories and there are quite a few steps to climb to get to the bedrooms. I don’t consider that a negative just factual information. If you’re looking for a home that you can park your car and never have to drive anywhere. This is the place for you. We walked to food, entertainment, and shopping right from the house. We are looking forward to visiting this home again in the near future! Our host was in contact with us throughout the stay and was responsive to all of our needs. This added to our experience! A++

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Martin was incredibly communicative, accommodating, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The house was spotless and very comfortable, with plenty of towels and linens available.
The kitchen was also very well equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals at home. We especially loved the spacious patio, which was a great place to relax and enjoy the space.
Everything was perfect from start to finish. We highly recommend this place 1,000% and would definitely stay here again. We can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The keyless entry made check-in quick and effortless. The home was spacious, very clean, and smelled fresh when we arrived. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed spending time in the pool and hot tub—they were definitely highlights of the trip. The host was excellent, proactively checking in, providing clear and helpful instructions, and responding promptly to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Marina's house was great! I came for a girls weekend with a total of 7 girls and we had plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. The outdoor area was really the best part though! the description was accurate and we were a super close walk to the beach. Marina was SUPER communicative and accommodating! I would recommend booking this home!

Martin is a great host. Beautiful home and very flexible with checkout. My family and I enjoyed the grill, patio, and pool. Totally recommended place! Ideal for families specifically if you have you gee children.
Thank you for making us feel right at home. Until next time.

Stayed at this place for my fiancé and I joint bach party and it was absolutely perfect. Martin allowed us to check in early on one side for a small fee. The place was spotless and even better than we could’ve hoped for! Only complaint I had was the neighbors complained about our noise level at 7pm even though quiet hours don’t start until 10pm. We were playing music at a respectable level out back and chatting by the pool, nothing crazy. Martin was extremely friendly and understanding though so nothing against him. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone thinking of booking this place.
